AG Adriano Goldschmied Straight Leg Corduroy Pants Size 4 (27)
Orange corduroy announces itself before its wearer has finished entering the room, and these straight-leg trousers from AG Adriano Goldschmied manage the announcement with unusual tact, keeping a clean line from hip to hem and letting the ridged cotton, softened by a little polyurethane, do the talking. They are new with tags, so no previous owner has yet formed opinions about them.
The buyer will say she is acquiring a practical neutral in an enthusiastic shade, and we may let her keep the fiction, since it harms no one and spares her the admission that she simply wishes to be noticed. They are, in fairness, very good trousers, and deserve a better excuse.
