Apt. 9 Curvy Fit Straight Leg Capri Pants Beige Khaki NWT Size 16P
These capri pants came out of the closet still wearing their tags, which in a secondhand operation is roughly like finding a getaway car with the odometer at zero, and I took it as a sign that something was about to happen. Tan, straight through the leg, cut in a Curvy Fit that actually plans for hips instead of apologizing to them, and made of cotton and polyester with a little spandex hiding in the blend like a spare key taped under the bumper.
Nobody has ever worn them. New With Tags means they are sitting there clean and flat, waiting for the first warm afternoon that needs a sensible ally with no interest in wrinkling under pressure. Put them on, walk out of the house with your head up, and let the calves do the talking. They will.
