David Lerner Seamed Midi Pencil Skirt Black Pull On Stretch NWT Size L
The skirt came out of the bag like a verdict, black and narrow and already certain of itself, and I will tell you it was the tags still hanging off it that made the whole scene feel like a getaway in progress: new, unworn, a midi-length pencil cut with seams running down the body like pinstripes on a getaway car, and a pull-on waist that skips the zipper, the hook, and every other small bureaucratic delay between you and the door.
It is nylon with spandex, and that means it stretches when you ask and snaps back when you stop, like a good lawyer. I do not trust clothes that behave this well, but I trust this one. Wear it to a meeting, a dinner, or a long argument you intend to win.
