These jeans arrive with their tags still attached, which is the sartorial equivalent of a spotless reputation: nothing has been said against them because nothing has yet been done. They are green camouflage, a pattern designed to make its wearer disappear, though the Florence cut, with its skinny line and its ankle-length hem, rather defeats the purpose. Whoever puts them on will be noticed, and will pretend to be surprised.
The blend of cotton, Tencel, polyester and Lycra gives the Instasculpt fabric a firm but agreeable manner, shaping without scolding. A buyer may tell herself that she wants them for weekends, and she may even believe it until the first compliment.
