Lane Bryant White Gray Plaid Sleeveless Tank Top Blouse NWT Size 18
This tank arrived still wearing its tags, which tells me it has spent its entire career in a state of suspended ambition, a plaid of white and gray sitting in the dark like a getaway driver who never got the call, engine idling, nerves intact, waiting for somebody with a plan and a free afternoon. Lane Bryant made it sleeveless and blouse-cut, a top that hangs loose and cool in rayon and polyester, with a little spandex slipped in to keep it honest when you reach for something on a high shelf.
I say the gray lines run through the white like city streets seen from a plane at midnight, orderly, a little suspicious, and fully convinced they know where you're headed. New with tags, never worn, womens plus cut. Somebody should take it out and let it run.
