Loft High Waist Wide Leg Trouser Dress Pants Navy Blue NWT Size 10
These navy Loft trousers arrived with the tags still attached, which in the secondhand trade is rarer than an honest weather forecast, and I decided on sight that they had never once been asked to sit through a meeting, a commute, or a conversation about synergy. The high waist grips like a firm handshake from a man who means it, and from there the wide legs let go and swing out in one long, unbroken sweep, so that the whole pair seems to walk into the room about half a second before you do. They are women's pants in a deep, serious navy, new with tags.
The blend of polyester, viscose, and elastane gives them a drape that moves like a curtain in a draft and a little stretch that forgives a long day.
