This Loft mini skirt came out of the bag the color of a taxi running a red light, a bright yellow textured knit that I am fairly sure could be seen from a passing aircraft, and I watched it take over a beige room in the time it takes to say "oh no, not another neutral." It is cotton with a little spandex for give, cut in a straight pencil line that stops well above the knee and does not apologize for it. Condition is like new, and it still carries its new-with-tags status, which means nobody has gotten to it first.
The knit has a real, bumpy grain, the kind your fingers keep drifting back to like a dog to a screen door. Put it on and the whole outfit above it will either rise to meet it or surrender. Choose accordingly.
