Loft Petite Ruffle Cap Sleeve Drop Waist Mini Dress Black Size SP
This black Loft mini arrived still wearing its tags, new and unbothered, and within seconds I had the distinct feeling it was planning something, because a dress with ruffled cap sleeves and a drop waist does not hang quietly on a rack, it lurks, it waits for a door to open and a room to get louder. Trust nothing that innocent.
The petite cut lands well short of the knee, the polyester and spandex blend stretches just enough to keep pace with a long night of dancing, and those ruffles flutter at the shoulders like two small black flags announcing that the party has been annexed. Grab it before somebody else does.
