These Paige Jazz pants arrived at my desk still wearing their tags, black and glossy and so ready for trouble that I checked the room for exits. They are faux leather, which means polyurethane, which means all the swagger of the real thing with none of the animal-rights lawyers hovering at the coat check. The high rise climbs to your waist like a man who knows the party is upstairs, the pleats fan out in front with a little theatrical flourish, and then the whole business tapers down toward the ankle and snaps shut like a trap.
Condition is new with tags, never worn, never tested, never once dragged across a barroom floor. I suspect they have opinions about that. Buy them, and the evening will start to bend toward you.
