This pink shirt dress arrives with its tags still attached, which is more than can be said for most good intentions, and it carries the name Positive Attitude with a composure that its linen and rayon blend has fairly earned. The buttons descend from collar to midi hem like a well-ordered argument, and the polyester lining ensures that nothing beneath it is left to the linen's discretion.
The buyer will call it a practical purchase, since a dress that so resembles a shirt may go to any errand without remark, and she will be right, though practicality was not what first made her reach for the pink. Some sensible things are merely charming ones with better excuses.
