Premier Amour Floral Off Shoulder Ruffle Mini Dress Red Pink NWT Size S
This dress showed up red, pink, and floral, with its tags still attached, and it came in off the shoulder like a garden that had decided to stage a coup, ruffles first, petals behind, no apology offered to anyone standing near the punch bowl. I have seen plenty of mini dresses try to look dangerous, and most of them fold under a stiff breeze, but this Premier Amour piece carries its ruffles like a loaded brass band and does not blink.
It is polyester, lined in polyester, new with tags, and it has never once been worn to a regrettable brunch. Hang it near a window and watch the afternoon sun get nervous. Summer has been waiting for a dress with this much nerve.
