Talbots Lemon Print Mini Skirt White Yellow Fruit Summer NWT Size 8
This skirt arrives with its tags still attached, which is to say it has never been obliged to make a good impression on anyone and has nonetheless prepared one. The white ground is scattered with lemons in a cheerful yellow, and the cotton, with its small allowance of spandex and a polyester lining beneath, suggests a garment that intends to be agreeable in warm weather without surrendering its good sense.
The buyer will, of course, claim to need only one fruit-bearing item for the season, and the lemons will quietly make a liar of her by July. As a mini, it is brief but not indiscreet, and its tidy new condition recommends it to anyone who prefers her sunshine already pressed.
