Talbots Perfect Crop Pants White Slim Leg Stretch NWT Size 12P
These white Talbots crop pants showed up still wearing their tags, which in my experience means they have never once met a lawn chair, a red wine bottle, or a stranger's dog with muddy paws, and I suspect they know it and are insufferably smug about the whole thing. They are white, slim through the leg, cut to stop above the ankle, and they carry a cotton and spandex blend with enough stretch to follow you from a parking lot sprint to a low patio sofa without a single complaint or a telltale wrinkle of protest.
Treat them like a blank page that happens to have belt loops. A pair this clean is a dare, a pressed white flag waving over a battlefield of brunch plates, and the only sane response is to walk straight into the fray in them.
